By entering the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
There is no separate entry fee.
The Promotion commences at:

and closes at:
11:59 pm on Sunday, 21 February 2027
(“Promotion Period”).
All dates and times referred to in these Terms & Conditions are Melbourne, Victoria time.
Entries must satisfy all applicable entry requirements by the closing time.
Entry is open to individuals who:
Employees, officers and contractors of Uncommon Solar who are directly involved in administering the Promotion, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.
For these Terms & Conditions, “immediate family” means a spouse, de facto spouse, parent, child or sibling.
There are two ways to earn entries:
A. Successful referrals
and
B. Eligible reviews
Entries earned through referrals and reviews are combined.
There is no maximum number of eligible referral entries.
Review entries are limited to one eligible review per approved review platform per entrant during the Promotion Period.
An entrant receives:
1 successful referral = 1 entry
2 successful referrals = 2 entries
3 successful referrals = 3 entries
and so on.
There is no cap on the number of valid referral entries an entrant may earn.
For the purposes of this Promotion, a “Successful Referral” occurs where:
A referral does not become an entry merely because an entrant supplies another
person’s name, telephone number or contact details.
The referred customer must proceed with a genuine qualifying purchase.
A qualifying referral purchase includes a new eligible:
Routine servicing, warranty work, repairs, replacement products supplied under warranty and minor standalone accessories do not qualify unless Uncommon Solar expressly states otherwise.
The referred customer should identify their referrer when:
Uncommon Solar may accept a referral nomination made later where it can reasonably verify that the entrant was genuinely responsible for the referral.
Where two or more people claim the same referral, Uncommon Solar will determine the valid referrer using its CRM records, enquiry records and other reasonable evidence.
Only one entrant can receive an entry for each successful referred customer.
Entrants should not provide another person’s personal information to Uncommon Solar without that person’s knowledge or permission.
Where possible, entrants should ask the prospective customer to contact Uncommon Solar directly and nominate the entrant as their referrer.
An entrant receives:
1 eligible review = 1 entry
2 eligible reviews on two approved platforms = 2 entries
Review entries may be combined with referral entries.
For example:
1 referral + 1 eligible review = 2 entries
2 referrals + 2 eligible reviews = 4 entries
4 referrals + 2 eligible reviews = 6 entries
For this Promotion, approved review platforms are:
One eligible review on ProductReview.com.au and one eligible review on SolarQuotes will therefore provide two entries.
Submitting multiple reviews to the same review platform does not create multiple entries.
Google reviews are not eligible.
Google Business Profile reviews do not form part of this Promotion and will not earn competition entries.
To qualify for an entry, a review must:
Entrants must not submit duplicate or artificial reviews for the purpose of obtaining additional entries.
An entrant’s review does not need to be positive to qualify.
Positive, neutral and negative reviews will be treated equally for the purposes of the Promotion.
The star rating, opinion or criticism expressed by the customer will not affect their eligibility for an entry.
Uncommon Solar does not require customers to provide:

Entrants should provide their genuine opinion based on their actual experience.
Entry into this Promotion is an incentive associated with submitting an eligible review.
Where an Approved Review Platform asks whether an incentive, reward or competition entry has been offered, the entrant must answer accurately.
Uncommon Solar may also provide information about the Promotion to an Approved Review Platform where reasonably required for compliance or verification purposes.
Reviews submitted before the commencement of the Promotion Period do not automatically qualify for an entry.
This avoids confusion over whether a review was submitted as part of the Promotion and ensures the review incentive can be properly disclosed.
An entrant may submit a new review during the Promotion Period only where doing so complies with the relevant review platform’s rules.
Entrants must not submit duplicate reviews to the same platform simply to generate an additional competition entry.
Uncommon Solar will verify entries using information including:
The Promoter may contact an entrant to confirm their identity or eligibility.
The Promoter may also ask for a link, screenshot or other reasonable evidence showing an eligible review.
The Promoter’s decision concerning verification will be made reasonably and consistently with these Terms & Conditions.

The prize includes:
The Powerwall 3 Expansion Pack provides 13.5 kWh of additional battery storage and is designed to operate with a compatible Tesla Powerwall 3 system.
Prize value
Maximum prize value: approximately $12,704 including GST, based on Uncommon Solar’s currently published indicative pre-rebate Expansion Pack pricing and standard installation range.
The actual retail value may vary according to installation requirements and market pricing at the time the prize is supplied.
No cash difference will be payable if the actual value is less than the stated maximum value.
A Tesla Powerwall 3 Expansion Pack is only compatible with a Tesla Powerwall 3 system.
Before installation of the prize, Uncommon Solar will assess:
The prize will only be installed where Uncommon Solar determines it can be safely and lawfully installed.
If the winning entrant’s existing system or nominated premises cannot safely, technically or legally accommodate a Tesla Powerwall 3 Expansion Pack, the Promoter may offer a substitute prize of the same or greater value, subject to the winner’s written agreement and applicable Victorian law.
Any substituted prize will be agreed in writing before substitution.
The winner will not be required to incur a material cost simply to accept the prize.
The prize includes reasonable costs associated with supplying and installing the Expansion Pack at an eligible property.
The winner will not be required to pay a material fee merely to accept the prize.
If unusual site conditions make installation impracticable, Uncommon Solar and the winner may agree in writing to an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash at the winner’s request.
The prize cannot be sold or transferred to another person before it has been awarded without the Promoter’s written consent.

Each valid entry will be entered separately into the draw.

The winner will be selected using a random draw method that gives every valid entry an equal chance of being selected.

Where physical installation cannot reasonably occur within that period due to factors outside the winner’s control, Uncommon Solar will provide written confirmation of the prize entitlement and arrange installation as soon as reasonably practicable.
If the provisional winner:

Any redraw will use the remaining valid entries and the same random selection process.

The Promoter may invalidate entries where an entrant:

Victoria does not currently require a trade-promotion permit, but your advertising needs to clearly state the closing date, draw date/location, publication arrangements and entry requirements.
